- Manager - Lease &; Revenue Accounting We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Lease &; Revenue Accounting function in Chennai.

- The role involves overseeing all lease accounting activities, revenue recognition, cash and fixed asset accounting, intercompany transactions, and transformation initiatives.

- The Manager will manage a team of accounting professionals, ensuring compliance with ASC 842, IFRS 16, and other relevant standards, while driving process improvements and delivering accurate financial reporting to senior leadership.

- Location: Chennai, India Responsibilities Lead and oversee lease accounting processes, ensuring compliance with ASC 842 and IFRS 16.

- Manage revenue accounting, including recognition, billing, and revenue reconciliation.

- Supervise cash accounting functions, ensuring accurate cash flow reporting.





- Oversee fixed assets accounting, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposals.

- Coordinate intercompany accounting and eliminations.

- Drive transformation initiatives to improve accounting systems and processes.

- Manage a team of accounting professionals, providing coaching, performance reviews, and career development.

- Collaborate with finance, legal, and IT teams to implement lease and revenue accounting solutions.

- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management.

Requirements

- 10-15 years of progressive experience in lease and revenue accounting.

- Deep knowledge of lease accounting standards (ASC 842, IFRS 16).

- Strong experience in revenue accounting, cash accounting, fixed assets, intercompany, and transformation projects.

- Proven team management and leadership skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
