We are looking for a hands-on legal professional with solid team management, corporate/commercial law and process governance experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and review the work of the legal team and ensure quality and timely execution.
- Handle corporate & commercial legal matters, contracts and negotiations.
- Manage litigation, due diligence, corporate transactions, restructuring, M&A;, SPA, SHA, SSA and NDA matters.
- Advise on real estate/property, IPR and legal risk matters.
- Coordinate with senior management, promoters, external counsel and business teams.
- Maintain trackers, MIS, documentation and reporting processes.
