Manager IT

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the IT team to ensure efficient operations
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with company objectives
- Oversee IT projects and ensure timely delivery within budget
- Assess and address IT risks and security concerns
- Provide technical guidance and support to staff and end-users

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in IT management or similar role
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Technical Skills & Experience

- Proficient in IT infrastructure design and management
- Experience with implementing ITIL best practices
- Knowledge of cloud computing and cybersecurity
- Familiarity with project management tools

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in Information Technology or relevant field
- Certifications in ITIL and other industry-related qualifications
- Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
