Manager IT

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain IT strategies and plans that align with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects and initiatives.
- Oversee IT budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand IT needs and priorities.
- Ensure IT operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain and improve IT service quality and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of IT project delivery and leadership.
- Solid technical knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Technical Skills & Experience:

- IT service management frameworks (ITIL,



ISO 20000).
- IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- IT service desk and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA).
- IT infrastructure and security.
- Cloud migration and deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- ITIL v4 certification.
- Experience with IT service management and ITSM.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
