Manager IT

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to deliver high-quality services and solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop and implement IT strategies and plans to align with business objectives and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and technology enhancements.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data, and implement measures to prevent cyber threats.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for adoption and implementation.

Required Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure, software development, and data analytics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Experience with IT service management and service desk operations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills & Experience:

- Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, including cloud computing, virtualization, and network security.




- Experience with IT service management, including incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Solid skills in data analytics, including data visualization, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
- Experience with IT service management tools, including ServiceNow, BMC, and CA.
- Strong understanding of IT security principles, including risk management, vulnerability management, and compliance.
- Experience with cloud-based services, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong skills in project management, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Experience with IT service management frameworks, including ITIL and COBIT.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, blockchain, and IoT.
- Experience with IT service management tools, including ServiceNow, BMC, and CA.
