We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Internal Communications to help shape and deliver communications across Gallagher Centers of Excellence (GCoE). Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Branding and Internal Communications, this role will develop and execute communication strategies that strengthen employee engagement, support business priorities, and connect colleagues across GCoE locations worldwide.

This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The successful candidate will help define the long-term vision, operating model, governance, and communications roadmap for the GCoE communications function while also leading the day-to-day planning, development, and delivery of high-impact communications. Working with the Global Internal Communications team, this role will establish scalable processes, align communications across regions, and build a foundation for future growth and executive partnership.

How you’ll make an impact:

In this role, you will serve as both a strategic counselor and execution leader for communications across Gallagher's Global Centers of Excellence. You will have global accountability for internal communications across all GCoE locations, helping define how communications support employee engagement, business priorities, leadership visibility, and organizational growth worldwide.

You will partner closely with leaders across the GCoE and Global Internal Communications teams to create the long-term communications strategy, establish effective operating models and ways of working, and deliver impactful communications that strengthen culture, support change, and connect employees to Gallagher's purpose and priorities.

How you'll make an impact

Key responsibilities:

Communications strategy and planning:

- Develop and execute the internal communications strategy for Gallagher's Global Centers of Excellence,



aligning communications with business priorities, culture, and employee experience.

- Partner with the Global Internal Communications team to establish long-term communications plans, governance, operating processes, and editorial priorities.

- Serve as a trusted communications advisor to GCoE leaders, providing strategic counsel on organizational priorities and employee engagement, and change initiatives.

Leadership and executive communications;

- Partner with senior leaders to develop messaging, presentations, town halls, and leadership communications.

- Translate complex business priorities into clear, engaging, and actionable employee communications.

- Build leadership communication strategies that increase visibility, alignment, and employee understanding.

Employee engagement and culture:

- Lead communication programs and campaigns that strengthen engagement and connection across GCoE teams globally.

- Support enterprise events, surveys, recognition initiatives, and key employee experience efforts.

- Ensure communications reinforce Gallagher's values, business objectives, and organizational priorities.

Content and channel management:

- Oversee GCoE communication channels, including intranet, newsletters, and digital platforms.

- Manage editorial planning and content calendars to ensure coordinated, consistent communications.

- Develop high-quality content and storytelling across multiple formats and audiences.

Change and crisis communications:

- Lead communication planning for organizational change, business transformation, and strategic initiatives.

- Support time-sensitive and high-impact communications, working closely with enterprise communications partners as needed.

Measurement, innovation and continuous improvement:

- Establish communications KPIs and measurement practices to evaluate effectiveness and engagement.

- Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders based on employee feedback and performance data.

- Identify opportunities to improve communications through new technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and evolving best practices.

- Help build the future communications capability for the GCoE, including scalable processes, standards,



and ways of working.

Cross-functional partnership:

- Collaborate with functional leaders to align communications with enterprise priorities.

- Build strong relationships across global GCoE locations to ensure a connected and consistent employee experience.

- Support the continued evolution of GCoE communications as a strategic partner to the business.

About you

Qualifications:

- Bacheloer's deegree & 13 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, executive communications, or related fields.

- Demonstrated experience developing communication strategies and leading enterprise or large-scale communication programs.

- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the organization.

- Exceptional writing, storytelling, presentation-development, and message development skills.

- Experience building communication plans, editorial strategies, governance models, and communication processes.

- Strong understanding of communication measurement, analytics, and performance reporting.

- Experience managing multiple priorities in a complex and fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

- Experience working in a global organization with multiple employee audiences, functions, and geographic locations.

- Experience partnering directly with executive leaders and senior leadership teams.

- Familiarity with up-to-date communication platforms, intranet tools, digital communication technologies, and employee engagement platforms.

- Experience implementing or leveraging AI-enabled communication practices and tools.
