Role Description The Manager – Human Resources (Talent Acquisition) is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities, including workforce planning, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes across various functions and levels. The role involves partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs, developing effective talent acquisition strategies,



and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

The manager will oversee employer branding initiatives, manage recruitment metrics, ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations, and drive continuous improvements in hiring processes. Day-to-day responsibilities also include managing recruitment vendors, supervising HR team members involved in hiring, supporting onboarding, and contributing to overall HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Experience developing recruitment strategies, employer branding initiatives, and candidate pipeline management.
- Solid knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices related to hiring and onboarding.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with hiring managers and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor HR team members, prioritize multiple requirements, and meet hiring timelines.
- Previous experience in FMCG, food exports, manufacturing, or a similar quick-paced industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
