Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end hiring process for non-technical roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer extension.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify talent gaps.

- Conduct thorough screening of resumes, cover letters, and interviews to ensure top-notch candidates are selected for open positions.

- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process and improve time-to-hire.

Job Requirements :

- 6-8 years of experience in non-technical recruitment or talent acquisition in real estate industry.

- Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles through effective sourcing strategies.

- Has coordinated and worked directly under Top Leadership and Management.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid relationships with internal stakeholders.
