Owning independent periodic analysis of financial statements, connecting profitability with costing, liquidity and operational reports to provide a comprehensive, reliable and commercially meaningful understanding of the companys financial performance, financial position and cash generation.

Analyse profitability by plant and where data permits, by product mix, capacity utilization, customer segment, domestic/ export business and own-metal sales versus job work.

Review the composition, movement and ageing of material balance-sheet items, including trade receivables, inventory, advances, deposits, other assets, trade payables, accruals, capital work-in-progress and borrowings.

Provide the Budgeting Manager with validated actuals, reconciled profitability information, financial bridges and supporting operational insights for the actual-versus-budget review.

Prepare a decision-oriented financial analysis pack for monthly and quarterly management reviews, with an executive commentary highlighting the most significant developments.

Build and maintain the investor-facing analytical backbone: peer benchmarking, scenario narratives and Q&A; response packs.





Build a scalable reporting architecture around SAP S/4HANA ERP, with clear master-data alignment and model governance.

Develop standard analytical templates, documented metric definitions and consistent reporting logic.

Skill-set

Substantial hands-on experience in manufacturing finance, preferably involving multiple plants, product costing, management reporting and working-capital analysis

Robust command of financial statements, manufacturing costing, cash flow analysis, working-capital analysis and financial modelling in Excel.

Practical experience with SAP FI/CO reporting and data extraction is desirable; familiarity with Power Query or Power BI would be an advantage.

Investor-facing experience: meaningful involvement in IPO / pre-IPO / capital markets or equivalent investor/stakeholder roadshow processes, including building decks, scenario narratives, and Q&A; materials.

Ability to build from scratch: governance, templates, definitions, documentation, and team.
