Our client is seeking a highly motivated Finance Professional who is passionate about driving business performance through financial excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of end to end finance operations across India and Australia, partnering closely with leadership and other members of the finance team to support strategic decision making and business growth.

The role offers significant exposure to financial planning, profitability analysis, international payroll, management reporting, and business operations. You will work directly with senior leadership and play a critical role in shaping the financial success of a fast growing, internationally operating organisation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end to end finance and accounting operations for both India and Australia.

2. Develop departmental budgets, forecasts, and management reports to support business planning and decision making.

3. Oversee client invoicing and revenue tracking using CRM systems and XERO.

4. Manage payroll processing and compliance for both Australian and Indian teams.

5. Analyse business performance by evaluating profitability across services and projects

6. Ensure accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and maintenance of financial records across the assigned entity.

7. Support leadership with financial analysis, cash flow monitoring, and strategic recommendations.

8. Drive process improvements and financial controls to enhance operational efficiency.

9. Work with Tax, accounting and legal consultants to ensure compliance and efficient business operations





Requirements

Desired Qualities

We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional who combines strong financial expertise with accuracy, ownership, and strategic thinking.

1. Working knowledge of Australian bookkeeping and accounting practices.

2. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy.

3. Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and confidentiality.

4. Ability to work effectively across Indian and Australian business operations.

Qualification & Experience

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), (if you believe you can perform this role without being a qualified CA, please do apply)

2. Overall professional experience of 3 to 7 years, including a minimum of 2 years in a financial management role.

3. Demonstrated experience in company budgeting, financial planning, and management reporting.

4. Exposure to bookkeeping, payroll, profitability analysis, and financial operations will be an advantage.
