Role Description

- The Manager Finance & Accounts will oversee daily financial operations, including managing accounting activities, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- This full-time, in office role in Mumbai involves preparing budgets, tracking expenses, reconciling accounts, and supporting audits and compliance requirements.
- The role includes supervising finance and accounts team members, reviewing their work, and implementing process improvements to strengthen financial controls.
- The manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders on financial planning, support sales and account teams with financial insights, and address client queries related to billing and payments.
- Regular responsibilities also include coordinating with external partners such as banks, auditors, and vendors, and contributing to strategic decisions with data-driven financial analysis.

Qualifications

- Strong Finance skills, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and understanding of financial controls.




- Hands-on experience in Account Management, with the ability to oversee client accounts, billing, invoicing, and collections.
- Customer Service and Sales skills to support client interactions, resolve financial queries, and collaborate with sales teams on commercial proposals.
- Proven Team Management capabilities, including supervising staff, delegating tasks, coaching team members, and monitoring performance.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to work with financial models and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience in a services-oriented organization or similar industry is beneficial.
