Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Manager – Finance & Accounts to manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations for an e-commerce business. The role will involve financial reporting, MIS, statutory compliance, budgeting, cash flow management, audits, reconciliations, and financial controls.
The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and experience managing finance operations in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly MIS, including P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and variance analysis.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting and budget-vs-actual analysis.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Review journal entries, provisions, accruals and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely GST and TDS compliance and filings.
- Manage vendor and customer reconciliations, receivables and payables.
- Monitor cash flow,
working capital and banking operations.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, GST and tax auditors.
- Prepare audit schedules and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Manage ERP-based accounting and ensure data accuracy.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.
- Support management reporting and business finance requirements.
- Assist with financial modelling, due diligence and fundraising activities when required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Solid MIS and financial analysis skills.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency.
- Strong reconciliation and audit coordination skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- E-commerce industry experience will be preferred.
Eligibility
- CA Inter is mandatory.
- 9–10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Candidates from agencies/firms are not eligible.
