About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager Finance & Accounts with strong expertise in Sales & Accounts Receivables. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales invoicing and receivables process, client coordination, collections and related finance operations.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a digital marketing/advertising agency and understand the commercial and billing aspects of services such as Social Media, SEO, ORM and Media.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete Sales & Accounts Receivables cycle, from invoicing to collection.
- Prepare and raise accurate sales invoices for digital marketing and advertising services.
- Coordinate with clients for invoice submission, payment follow-ups, reconciliations and closure of outstanding receivables.
- Understand and account for direct expenses related to client sales invoices.
- Monitor ageing of receivables and drive timely collections.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing, invoicing and payment-related queries.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely reconciliation of client accounts.
- Work extensively on Tally/accounting software.
- Prepare and maintain MIS and reports related to sales, billing and receivables.




- Review client agreements from a commercial and finance perspective and support basic drafting/review of agreements.
- Coordinate with the Legal team for finalisation and execution of client agreements.
- Support other finance and accounting activities as required.

Requirements
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in Sales & Accounts Receivables / Finance & Accounts.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency or similar services environment is mandatory.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services such as Social Media, SEO, ORM and Media.
- Robust understanding of billing and invoicing processes in a digital marketing/advertising setup.
- B.Com/Graduate in Commerce from a reputed university/college.
- MBA (Finance) or other relevant finance qualification will be an added advantage.
- Excellent working knowledge of Tally.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Exposure to client agreements and coordination with legal teams will be an advantage.
