We are seeking an experienced Manager – Finance & Accounts to independently manage and oversee key Finance & Accounts functions, including financial accounting, reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audit, treasury, MIS, budgeting and internal controls.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across the complete Finance & Accounts cycle along with team management and stakeholder-handling capabilities.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial transaction recording.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing.
- Prepare and review financial statements, schedules and MIS reports.
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations and General Ledger review.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory requirements.
- Review GST reconciliations and input tax credit utilization.
- Coordinate with Statutory, Internal and Tax Auditors.
- Prepare audit schedules and ensure closure of audit observations.
- Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Review ageing reports and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.
- Monitor cash flow, fund positions and working capital.
- Coordinate with banks for banking operations and documentation.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly MIS and financial dashboards.
- Support profitability analysis and cost optimization.
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
- Develop and implement SOPs and strengthen internal controls.
- Identify process gaps and drive corrective actions.
- Drive ERP utilization and finance process automation.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- CA Inter (IPCC)



qualified – Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- CA Inter batch 2012–2015 preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and Financial Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
- Experience in audit management and financial controls.
- Robust MS Excel, MIS reporting and financial analysis skills.
- Working knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Team leadership and people management experience.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates from Logistics, 3PL, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Retail, E-commerce or Service industries will be preferred.
