Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, working directly with Brick2Wall's two co-founders. The role sits at the intersection of special projects and digital transformation: the person will be pulled into whatever the co-founders are personally driving at a given time, and will separately own the rollout of ERP and other digital tools across the business.

On the special projects side, this could mean structuring a current business line, running point on a partnership discussion, preparing board or investor material, or digging into a problem the founders want solved without a full team behind it yet. On the digital/ERP side, the person will lead requirement gathering, vendor evaluation, implementation and adoption across functions, working with both internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.

This is not a narrow analyst role.



It requires someone comfortable moving between strategic and operational work, capable of holding both ambiguity (special projects) and structured execution (systems implementation) at the same time.

What You'll Do

- Work as a close-in resource to the co-founders on projects that don't have a natural home in the existing structure
- Lead ERP and digital tool implementation end to end — requirements, vendor selection, rollout, change management and adoption
- Conduct business analysis, document requirements, and translate them into what a system or process should actually do
- Liaise across functions and with external vendors/implementation partners to keep projects moving
- Prepare analyses, decks and notes for internal decision-making and, where relevant, external stakeholders
- Take on new problems as they come up, without waiting for a formal mandate

Qualifications

- Experience in business analysis, process mapping, and translating business requirements into system specifications
- Strong analytical skills, including comfort with data and process detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to hold a room with founders and vendors alike
- Experience or working knowledge of commodity trading or supply chain businesses is a plus
- Prior experience in a founder's/CEO's office, consulting, or a similarly unstructured, high-ownership role is strongly preferred
- B.Tech from a top-tier engineering school, or an MBA from top-tier institute
