Prepare the Mechanical Bill of Material for the Low voltage switchboard as per the customer/Electrical requirements RD guideline. Autonomy to propose and develop complex technical solutions. Design custom assemblies based on custom requirements, in case non-existence of standard assemblies. Completing all the orders and projects with expected QUALITY.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales during the bidding phase to support technical discussions and FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) with customers
- Drawing revision, Control of drawings manages the change Management
- Involving driving the various process improvement activities
- Driving the Value Engineering Cost optimisation projects to improve the margin
- Provide technical mentorship for the team to ensure high-quality engineering deliverables
- Undertake transformation projects to ensure future ready.
- Uploading and maintaining the BOMs in SAP
- Take up stretched assignments as and when needed.

- Knowledge of IEC 61439 standard
