- Own end-to-end implementation of credit and lending products for new FinBox clients
- Collaborate with client credit/risk teams to define underwriting criteria, rule sets, and approval logic
- Translate credit policies into technical configurations within FinBox s decisioning tools and APIs
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal product, engineering, and customer success teams
- Act as the subject matter expert for credit risk workflows-pre, during, and post go-live
- Monitor early performance of launched credit products and recommend improvements
- Continuously refine implementation playbooks, templates, and best practices
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in credit underwriting, credit operations, or credit product management
- Robust exposure to retail and/or SME lending processes in banks, NBFCs, or Fintechs
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in project management or credit tech implementation roles
- Familiarity with decisioning systems, rule engines, and credit scoring models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - internal and external
- A problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Bonus: Experience working with BRE, policy frameworks, and low-code/no-code platforms
