Roles and Responsibilities :

At least 4 years of relevant experience in E-commerce Finance, Accounts Receivable, or a similar role who manage e-commerce, Marketplace and B2B commercial finance, including accounting, reconciliation, reporting, and provisions for sales, returns, receivables, claims, and expenses.

Manage commercial claims and receivables through AR ageing reviews, leakage and recovery analysis, claim and return tracking, documentation, reconciliation, and timely closure of disputed amounts.

Work effectively with SAP, e-commerce portals, and e-commerce or ERP platforms to support transaction visibility, financial processing, and commercial analysis. Month end closing in term of schemes, portal charges and sell out support.

Analyse financial and operational data to identify discrepancies, process gaps, financial risks, commercial leakage, and receivable issues, then implement corrective actions.



Drive process digitisation and automation with IT and business stakeholders, including e-commerce portal integration, financial controls, transaction visibility, inventory tracking, unauthorised refund controls, and SAP invoice auto knock-off.

Handle internal and statutory audits, ensure adherence to internal controls, finance policies, and statutory requirements, and close audit observations with accurate documentation and corrective or preventive actions.

Maintain structured commercial finance documentation and KPI reporting, provide actionable management insights, and coordinate effectively with Finance, IT, E-commerce, Sales, Business, Operations, and external B2B stakeholders.
