FOR COMMERCIAL To manage the costing, tendering, billing, change orders , statutory compliances for Builders for erection of PEB structures and Multilevel Structural Steel Building. Ensuring accurate cost estimation, competitive bid preparation, and compliance with technical and commercial requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
- Prepare and submit competitive tender packages including technical and financial proposals for Erection.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accurate bid preparation.
- Ensure compliance with client Technical/General specifications and legal requirements.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis for materials, consumables, Machinery, Tools and Tackles, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Develop alternate cost models and pricing strategies for competitive bid proposals
- Must have knowledge of on line tendering process like Procure Tiger, Ariba , etc
- Perform risk analysis and propose mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with clients,



Clients representatives, consultants, and suppliers.
- Maintain organized records of tender submissions and correspondence.
- Prepare cost reports and post-tender evaluations.
- Knowledge on Taxation related to workorder/contracts, statutory compliances like labor laws, WCP, CAR Policy, BOCW act, etc related to construction
- Builder/Sub Contract Tendering Process
- Builder Bills Management
