Job Title: Manager (L3)

Job Location: Mumbai

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Cybersecurity (L3) to lead advanced cybersecurity operations across DDoS Protection, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Encrypted Traffic Management, and Network-Based Anomaly Detection (NBAD). The role involves providing L3 technical support, leading critical incident response, driving security improvements, mentoring L2 teams, and ensuring high availability and security of customer environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

DDoS Protection

- Lead mitigation of complex DDoS attacks and provide L3 escalation support.

- Develop and enhance DDoS protection strategies and response procedures.

- Analyze attack trends and coordinate with customers, OEMs, and service providers during major incidents.

WAF (Web Application Firewall)

- Design, configure, and optimize WAF policies to protect web applications.





- Develop custom security rules and fine-tune policies to reduce false positives.

- Lead investigations of web application security incidents and recommend improvements.

SSL Offloader

- Manage SSL/TLS inspection and encrypted traffic visibility solutions.

- Oversee certificate lifecycle management and secure deployment.

NBAD (Network-Based Anomaly Detection)

- Manage and optimize NBAD solutions for advanced threat detection.

- Investigate complex network anomalies and security incidents.

- Integrate NBAD with SIEM and other security monitoring platforms.

Leadership & Governance

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to L2 engineers.

- Lead major incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management.

- Drive process improvements, automation, and security best practices.

- Prepare technical reports, ensure SLA compliance, and support audits.

Required Skills

- 8–12 years of experience in Network/Cyber Security.

- Strong expertise in DDoS, WAF, SSL/TLS, NBAD and Incident Response.

Relevant security certifications ( any two of CCNA, RHCE, CompTIA, CISA, CISM,PMP and any OEM certification for the solutions) are preferred.
