Role Description The Manager, Carbon Credit Market role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida . The individual in this role will oversee the development and management of carbon credit portfolios, including identifying recent project opportunities, assessing market trends, and coordinating with project developers and verification agencies.

Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing carbon market dynamics, tracking regulatory changes, managing trading and sales activities, and preparing reports and forecasts for internal leadership and external partners. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project pipeline, pricing strategies, and risk management with organizational goals, while maintaining rigorous standards of environmental integrity and compliance. This role also involves building relationships with clients and stakeholders,



representing CarbonCredXchange at industry events, and supporting education and outreach related to carbon markets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical and market research skills, including the ability to interpret carbon market data, policy developments, and financial indicators.
- Candidates should possess skills in project management and stakeholder coordination, with experience managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, including clear written reporting, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of environmental sustainability, carbon accounting principles, and climate policy frameworks relevant to carbon credit markets.
- Candidates should possess business and commercial acumen, such as experience in trading, sales, pricing strategies, or investment analysis within environmental or related markets.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science, economics, business, sustainability, or a related field.
- Additional beneficial experience includes prior work in carbon markets, ESG, sustainable finance, or land use projects; proficiency with data analysis tools; and familiarity with international carbon standards and verification processes.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, collaborate effectively within a diverse team, and uphold ethical, non-discriminatory practices in all professional interactions.
