responsibilities • Deliver Assets Management and Inventory Accounting services:

- Experience in Fund accounting • Supervise the recording & booking activities performed by the team.
- Collaborate on the regular analysis of the financial statements • Provide comments/analysis on the financial statements or specific topics as requested • Review and propose on the accounting treatment of complex events • Check key tax topics • Check consistency of statutory accounting • Work closely with key stakeholders when required • Collaborate on ensuring compliance of processes, transactions and reports with client accounting policies, internal control guidelines and audit requirements • Collaborate on key projects with a high level of contribution • Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities and potential automation. Mandatory technical & functional skills • Strong understanding of the end-to-end A2R processes.
- Expertise in GL accounting, closing and reporting processes • Must have experience in working with key stakeholders across functions.
- International background with exposure to multicultural environments.
- Technical expertise in finance, sound analytical skills and strong in making proposals.
- Focused on business-value, with a flexible and versatile approach that takes into account and adjusts to develop recommendations that reflect shifting business priorities.
- Transversal mindset and ability to work across processes, geographies, languages and cultures.
- High level of Interpersonal/ communication skills with the ability to communicate and present at different levels of the organization.
