We are looking for an AR Manager who has exp in end to end RCM for Hyderabad location.

Manager Hospital Billing (UB04)

Shift Timings:

9:00 PM 6:00 AM (Night Shift)

Job Summary:

The Manager will oversee end-to-end RCM operations, including Hospital Billing (UB04), Prior Authorization, and Payment Posting. This role involves managing multiple teams, ensuring process efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction across the revenue cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end RCM operations (Billing, AR, Prior Auth, Payment Posting)
- Lead and supervise UB04 / Institutional Billing team
- Oversee Prior Authorization and Payment Posting processes
- Ensure accurate and timely claim submission & cash posting
- Monitor quality, productivity, and SLAs across all RCM functions
- Handle client communication, reporting, and escalations
- Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with Coding, QA, and AR teams for smooth operations
- Analyze denials, rejections, and posting variances and implement fixes
- Drive process improvements, automation, and cost optimization
- Manage team performance, hiring, training, and retention
- Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards,



and performance metrics

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end US Healthcare RCM
- Hands-on experience in UB04 / Hospital Billing
- Exposure to Prior Authorization & Payment Posting processes
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Positive understanding of denials management and revenue impact
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and client handling skills

Experience:

- 11+ years in US Healthcare RCM
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial role
- Experience in handling multiple RCM scopes/projects preferred

Education:

- Any Graduate (Healthcare background preferred)

Additional Requirements:

- Willing to work in night shift (9 PM 6 AM)
- Experience in handling end-to-end RCM projects is a strong advantage
