Role & responsibilities:

- Design & Planning

Lead and manage architectural design activities for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Develop and review architectural concepts, layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

Provide design inputs during the conceptualization and development stages of projects.

Review design proposals and suggest improvements in terms of space planning, functionality, and constructability.

Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely preparation and submission of drawings.

- Consultant Coordination

Act as a key point of contact between the internal project team and external consultants.

Review and coordinate consultant drawings to identify design discrepancies and clashes.

Ensure that architectural designs are properly integrated with structural, MEP, and other engineering requirements.





Conduct regular coordination meetings with consultants to discuss design progress, deliverables, and pending issues.

Follow up with consultants to ensure timely submission of drawings and design documents.

Review consultant submissions and provide necessary comments, revisions, and feedback.

Resolve coordination issues and ensure alignment between different design disciplines.

- Quality & Compliance

Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable building regulations, development control requirements, and project-specific guidelines.

Coordinate with relevant consultants to ensure that drawings meet statutory and technical requirements.

Support the approval process by coordinating necessary drawings and documentation with the concerned stakeholders.
