Role Overview

We are looking for a CA-qualified Finance qualified with 7+ years of relevant experience in Financial Consolidation, Group Reporting and Financial Reporting.

The role will be responsible for the end-to-end consolidation and group reporting process across multiple entities and business units, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant financial reporting.

The position will work closely with subsidiary finance teams, auditors, business stakeholders and senior management to drive reporting quality, strengthen controls and improve consolidation processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Own monthly, quarterly and annual financial consolidation and group reporting across multiple entities.
- Prepare and review Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with Ind AS, IFRS and applicable accounting standards.
- Review subsidiary financials, trial balances, schedules and reporting packs for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage intercompany reconciliations, confirmations, eliminations and consolidation adjustments.
- Drive month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing within defined timelines.
- Analyse consolidated financial results, identify significant variances and provide meaningful insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, Companies Act and other applicable financial reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with subsidiary finance teams to ensure timely submission and validation of financial information.
- Prepare Group MIS, management reports, consolidation packs and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors and provide required schedules,



workings and explanations.
- Identify and resolve reporting discrepancies, intercompany issues and consolidation-related matters.
- Strengthen financial controls, reporting processes and consolidation governance.
- Drive process standardisation, automation and continuous improvement across financial consolidation and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

- CA Qualified with 7+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in financial consolidation and group reporting.
- Experience in consolidating multiple subsidiaries, legal entities or business units.
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS and consolidated financial statements.
- Hands-on experience in intercompany reconciliation, elimination and consolidation adjustments.
- Strong understanding of monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing processes.
- Experience in statutory and internal audit coordination.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Exposure to ERP and financial consolidation/reporting tools will be an advantage.

Preferred Background Candidates with experience in the following environments will be preferred:

- Large corporates or listed companies
- Big 4 Audit or accounting advisory firms
- Controllership or group reporting functions
- Complex multi-entity or multinational finance environments
- Financial consolidation and reporting teams
