Position: Manager – Composite CNG Cylinder

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Polymer, Composite Engineering or related field.

Experience: 8–15 years in manufacturing, preferably in Composite CNG Cylinders, Pressure Vessels, Filament Winding, or Composite Products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end production of Composite CNG Cylinders.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Monitor filament winding, curing, testing, and inspection processes.
- Lead production teams and optimize manpower and machine utilization.
- Drive safety, productivity, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and R&D; teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry and regulatory standards.

- Knowledge of quality systems, testing, and safety standards.

Pay: ₹45,370.00 - ₹50,380.00 per month
