Manager Accounts

Location: Gurgaon (Corporate Office)

Industry: Steel Pipe Manufacturing

Qualification: CA / ICWA (CMA)

Experience: 10–15 Years

ERP: Oracle Fusion (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and financial statements.
- Manage monthly/year-end closing, general ledger, reconciliations, provisions, and accruals.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and financial analysis for management.
- Handle fixed assets, inter-company accounting, and corporate accounting activities.
- Drive process improvements and ensure effective utilization of Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team while ensuring strong internal controls.

Desired Profile:

- CA / ICWA (CMA) with 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably steel/pipe industry.
- Solid expertise in Balance Sheet finalization, financial reporting, taxation, audits, and Oracle Fusion.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
