Your KRA includes:
- Conduct initial screening calls & consultations to uncover core skillset match with the .
- Build relationship with candidates & hunt prospects/references from their network.
- Work on multiple assignments independently after initial handholding.
- Analyze industry trends & target right fit from target companies.
- Use AI tools & techniques for talent attraction & craft impactful messages.
Must Have Skills:
- Full time Graduate Freshers with excellent communication skills can be considered. Degree in computer science or related subject is highly preferred.
- Prior experience of US Recruitment is preferred.
- Must be ready to work from office during 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST(Night Shift).
- Positive communication skills is a must.
- Familiarity with latest AI technologies is a plus.
- Strong articulation, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-driven professional capable of executing initiatives with minimal supervision and high ownership.
- Adept at operating independently while seamlessly integrating with and contributing to cross-functional teams.
