Role Summary
We are looking for a Management Trainee to drive corporate outreach and recruiter engagement , build strong institute-company relationships, and create opportunities across placements, internships and industry collaborations.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition teams and recruiters .
- Identify and engage new companies to expand recruiter participation.
- Drive corporate engagement towards placements,
internships, PPOs, hackathon hiring and industry projects .
- Manage ongoing communication and coordination with recruiters.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand existing corporate relationships.
- Support IDRP initiatives connecting students with startups, emerging technologies and industry-led projects .
What We’re Looking For
- Fresh MBA graduate with robust communication and interpersonal skills .
- Confident and proactive approach to corporate outreach.
- Strong relationship-building, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
- Comfortable engaging with companies, recruiters and institutional stakeholders .
