Selected candidates will undergo intensive training in outlet operations, customer service, team management, inventory control, sales growth, food safety, and business management.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain high service standards at the outlet.
Outlet Operations
- Learn and support daily outlet operations.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Sales Business Development
- Support sales promotion activities.
- Assist in achieving outlet sales targets.
- Learn upselling and customer engagement techniques.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and product availability.
- Assist in stock verification and inventory control.
- Minimize wastage and product losses.
Team Management
- Work closely with outlet teams.
- Participate in staff training and development activities.
- Learn scheduling and workforce management practices.
Compliance Food Safety
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support outlet audit readiness and compliance activities.
Learning Development
- Actively participate in all training programs.
- Complete assigned projects and assessments.
- Demonstrate leadership potential and willingness to take responsibility.

Assistant Manager - After Successful Training Review - 25,000/- CTC PM
Outlet In-Charge - After 1 Year as Assistant Manager - 30,000/- CTC PM
Outlet Manager - After 1 Year as Outlet In-Charge - 35,000 CTC PM
