About the RoleWe are looking for a Management Trainee, Performance Marketing to join our digital marketing team and gain hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a robust interest in digital advertising, be comfortable with numbers and data, and be eager to learn and experiment.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning and executing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
2. Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
3. Support campaign setup, including targeting, ad copies, budgets, bidding, and tracking.
4. Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
5. Assist in managing campaign budgets and monitoring daily spends.
6. Track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
7. Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
8. Prepare regular campaign reports and performance insights for clients and internal teams.
9. Work closely with the performance marketing team to understand client objectives and deliver campaigns aligned with business goals.
10. Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates,



and industry best practices.

Requirements

1. 0–1 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, PPC, or a related field.
2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Digital Marketing is a plus.
3. Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid search/social advertising.
4. Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance measurement.
6. Strong communication and reporting skills.
7. Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
8. Google Ads certification is preferred but not mandatory.
9. Curious, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced digital agency environment.
