1. Corporate Relations & Recruiter Engagement

● Continuous Outreach: Build year-round relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams and recruiters to create consistent hiring opportunities. ● Recent Recruiter Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage new companies and emerging employers to expand the recruiter network.

● Relationship to Results: Convert corporate engagement into placements, internships, PPOs, hackathon hiring and industry projects.

● Recruiter Experience:



Ensure professional coordination and seamless hospitality for visiting and virtual hiring teams.

● Target-Driven: Track new recruiter additions, corporate engagements and student hiring outcomes with clear targets.

B. Real-Time Data Management & Presentations

● Spreadsheet Management:

Maintain accurate and structured real-time data in MS Excel and Google Sheets (student profiles, company pipelines, offer tracking, and hiring metrics).

● Visual Presentations:

Prepare polished slide decks, brochures, and visual summaries using MS PowerPoint and Google Slides for corporate pitches and internal updates.

● Data Accuracy:

Ensure strict accuracy, timely updates, and complete confidentiality of student records and recruitment data.

3. Eligibility & Candidate Profile

Education:

MBA / PGDM (HR, Marketing, or General) or relevant Master's Degree from a recognized institution.
