ABOUT THE ROLE

As management trainee/manager you will own and scale central operations team, with a strong focus on driving operational excellence and execution efficiency across categories. The incumbent will be responsible for improving turnaround times

(TAT), optimising unit economics, and establishing structured category management practices to support business growth and operational scalability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs.

Define program goals, KPIs, timelines, and success metrics.

Work closely with Product, Operations, Sales, Finance, Technology, and other cross-functional teams.

Identify operational gaps and implement scalable processes and solutions.

Track program performance and provide regular business updates to leadership.

Drive data-driven decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.

Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure timely delivery.

Build dashboards and reports to monitor key program metrics.

Lead process improvement and automation initiatives wherever applicable.

Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Ensure alignment between business objectives and execution teams.

Mentor and guide program/project team members.





KEY REQUIREMENT

0-2 years of experience in program management, especially in a startup ecosystem

Positive people management skills can hire and lead a high-performing team

Has delivered exceptional results into operational chops
