The Management Consulting Trainee Program (MCTP) is a structured 4–6 month, performance-based, on-the-job learning program that combines structured learning, live consulting assignments, research, mentorship, and exposure to real business challenges.

? What You Will DoAs a Management Trainee, you will work alongside consultants and business leaders to understand how organisations operate, identify business challenges, and contribute to consulting engagements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conduct industry, market, and competitor research
- Support business diagnostics and organisational assessments
- Collect, organise, and analyse business data
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and client documentation
- Assist in process mapping and process improvement
- Participate in consulting discussions, brainstorming sessions, and internal reviews
- Support proposal development and business documentation
- Contribute to internal knowledge development and strategic initiatives
- Complete assigned learning modules, practical assignments, and milestone assessments
- Demonstrate ownership, professionalism, curiosity, and a continuous learning mindset

Stipend: No stipend during the first month.

Month 2 onwards – Practical Consulting Exposure

Trainees actively contribute to consulting assignments and business projects while continuing structured learning.

Stipend: ₹8,000–₹14,000 per month.
