We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Management Trainees for a 6-month duration across two distinct tracks within our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for fresh HR management graduates looking to gain hands-on corporate experience.

Position 1: HR Operations Management Trainee

Focus: Employee Lifecycle & HR Systems

- Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle Support: Assist with seamless onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
- HRIS Management: Maintain accurate employee records and update internal databases (HRIS).
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate critical headcount, attendance, and training reports using Excel and data tools.
- Required Qualifications:
- Education: MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or a related management field.
- Experience: Fresher.
- Key Skills: Strong communication, basic Excel proficiency (data analysis), sharp attention to detail, and a high learning agility.

Position 2: Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)



Management Trainee

Focus: Sourcing, Candidate Management & Onboarding

- Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify qualified talent pools using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal employee referrals.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct resume screening and preliminary phone/virtual interviews.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule rounds and manage smooth communication between hiring managers and applicants.
- Onboarding Support: Help execute joining formalities, host orientations, and maintain candidate tracking databases.
- Required Qualifications:
- Education: MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Experience: Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of internship experience in HR/recruitment.
- Key Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
