We are looking for a motivated and agile HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team, with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition. The role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process while working closely with the HR team and hiring managers.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, candidate calls, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
2. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking channels.
3. Create and post job openings on LinkedIn, social media platforms, and referral boards.
4. Help build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
5. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and support timely hiring.
6. Assist the HR team with onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
7. Maintain ATS, candidate records, and other relevant HR documentation.

Requirements
1. 0–6 months of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field.
2. MBA/PGDM in HR or a related specialization preferred.

Freshers who have recently completed their postgraduate degree in Human Resources are encouraged to apply.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
7. Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
