Role & responsibilities:

1. Support the credit team in evaluating real estate and construction finance proposals.

2. Analysing the proposal, financial statements, bank statements, cash flows, and borrower information.

3. Help prepare credit appraisal notes, presentations, and supporting documentation.

4. Coordinate with business teams, legal, technical, valuation, and other internal and external stakeholders for completion of due diligence.

5. Assist in preparing, facilitating execution and maintaining documentation related to loan processing, security creation, and disbursement.

6. Support verification of per-disbursement conditions and compliance requirements.

7. Monitor post-disbursement compliance, project progress, and submission of periodic reports.

8. Maintain credit MIS, records, and ensure timely updating of internal systems.

9. Stay updated with industry trends, real estate market developments, and credit policies.
