The Management Trainee will assist in managing day-to-day facility operations, coordinating with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and support teams, monitoring staff attendance and performance, handling client requirements and complaints, preparing daily operational reports, and supporting manpower planning. The trainee will also gain practical knowledge of facility management procedures, SOPs, team supervision, and client coordination while working across different sites as required.
