We are supplier of global players like Timex and domestic players like Titan, Qmax, Sonata etc. We are having following vacancy at our plant located at Gomta near Rajkot (https://maps.app.goo.gl/z9Sdo4e5GGey65Ta6). To ensure that all components of the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented, and systematically maintained. The MR coordinates internal audits, evaluates operational compliance, and reports performance data directly to executive leadership to drive organizational strategy and continuous improvements

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- QMS Implementation & Maintenance: Oversee, implement, and periodically review the organization's quality management policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to align with international frameworks like ISO 9001.
- Performance Reporting: Actively report performance metrics, customer satisfaction feedback, and system gaps back to executive management during scheduled reviews.
- Internal Audit Execution: Plan, schedule, and lead internal quality audits. Formulate corrective and preventive action ( CAPA ) logs to tackle non-conformities.
- Liaison & Certification: Serve as the chief point of contact with external certification bodies, regulatory authorities, and clients regarding audit schedules and conformance standards.




- Awareness Advocacy: Champion a culture of quality, risk-based thinking, and strict adherence to client requirements throughout all departments and management levels.
- Documentation Control: Oversee the structural control, distribution, and preservation of internal and external regulatory documents.

. Educational Qualifications
- Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline matching the company's industry sector.

Certifications & Training
- Mandatory: Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent certification aligned with industry standards
- Trained in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA methodologies.

Experience & Skills Portfolio Attribute Requirements & Competencies Work Experience • 3 to 5+ years of functional experience within a certified manufacturing or corporate setup.

• Demonstrated history of executing internal audits and coordinating formal external certification audits. Technical Competencies • Comprehensive operational knowledge of risk-management frameworks and KPI mapping.

- Adept at using ERP software and analytical documentation platforms
