Role Description The Management Information System Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining MIS reports, ensuring accurate and timely data collection, consolidation, and analysis for payment-related operations.

The role includes designing and updating reporting dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing regular insights to management to support decision-making. The Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, streamline information flows, and ensure data integrity across systems. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting data discrepancies,



preparing ad hoc reports, and supporting process improvements within information systems.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills, with experience in handling structured data and reporting tools.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and MIS Reporting capabilities, including data interpretation, trend analysis, and presentation of clear insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, document requirements, and present reports to management.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field are beneficial.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, BI or dashboard tools, and basic SQL or data querying methods is advantageous.
- Attention to detail, ability to work with large data sets, and a structured approach to problem-solving are important.
- Experience in payment or financial services operations and prior exposure to MIS functions in a corporate environment is a plus.
