This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytically driven recent graduate to kick-start their career in management consulting, working closely with experienced professionals to solve complex business problems and drive strategic impact for clients.
Role & responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing business problems and developing structured, data-driven solutions
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking
- Support the development of client presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights
- Build financial and operational models to support business case development
- Assist in preparing PowerPoint decks and Excel-based analyses for client meetings
- Participate in client meetings and workshops to understand business requirements
- Support project managers/senior consultants in day-to-day project execution
- Conduct primary and secondary research to validate hypotheses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable recommendation
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured thinking approach
- Proficiency in Excel (data analysis, financial modeling) and PowerPoint (presentation building)
- Good understanding of business fundamentals, strategy, and operations
- Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work in team environments
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality output
