Your New Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, modifying, and repairing machinery and building systems. Your duties will include troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical issues to ensure smooth and safe operations within our facility.

Your Duties and Responsibilities

- Ensure all plant and manufacturing equipment is maintained in optimal working condition.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on forklifts.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on air compressors.
- Overhaul, rebuild, and restore equipment to operational standards.




- Maintain and repair equipment in the material handling room, including performing preventive maintenance tasks.
- Rebuild machine repair parts and restore them to a usable condition.
- Perform plumbing tasks related to machinery, including installation, debugging, and repairs.
- Take responsibility for mechanical repairs and light electrical work.
- Ensure safety circuits are fully operational and meet safety standards to provide a safe working environment. Report or resolve any unsafe conditions promptly.
- Maintain all equipment and tools used in the department, ensuring they are in valuable working order. Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Assist in training employees on the utility aspects of maintenance.
- Maintain accurate ISO records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

The Qualifications and Skills Needed:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with pneumatic systems is preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a trade or as a Machine Operator.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with proven ability.
- Competence in using meters, familiarity with PLCs, and experience with EM-2 and blender operation stations.
- High level of mathematical aptitude.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficient in using typical tools of the trade.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers.
- Capable of effectively working with production personnel.

Available shift:
- Night Shift - 5:50pm - 6:00am
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
- Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

The physical & environmental requirements:
- Stand and walk throughout shift; minimal sitting




- Frequently lift up to 50 lbs; occasionally assist with up to 100 lbs
- Reaching, bending, kneeling, and climbing (up to 20 ft) required
- Firm hand grasping and equipment handling needed
- Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and moving machinery
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Starting Wage:
- $32.04/hour based on experience
- +$3/hour Night Shift Premium
- +$3/hour Weekend Shift Premium
