- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, equipment, and systems to identify potential issues and ensure proper working order

- Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and equipment to prevent breakdowns

- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions

- Repair or replace defective parts in various systems including pumps, motors, conveyors, compressors, belts, fans, and valves

- Monitor heating, cooling, and HVAC systems by interpreting energy management alarms and temperature and pressure differentials

- Perform electrical maintenance including replacing light bulbs, sockets, switches, fuses, circuit breakers, and repairing electrical systems

- Execute plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing washers, installing fixtures, clearing clogged drains, and connecting pipes

- Carry out carpentry tasks including painting, drywall repair, fixing locks, replacing windows, and minor construction work





- Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance to ensure exterior areas are clean and presentable

- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and provide on-call support as needed

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, work orders, and equipment inventory

- Clean, lubricate, and service equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance

- Install equipment, controls, ventilation systems, refrigeration systems, and condition monitoring sensors

- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams

- Order parts and supplies as needed to support maintenance operations

- Communicate maintenance issues and status updates to supervisors and facility managers

- Undertake pest control activities including spraying insecticide when necessary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
