he Maintenance Staff should be available according to the restaurant’s operational requirements.

The person must complete the restaurant closing-related maintenance checks before leaving for the day.

Should not leave strictly based on a fixed timing if guests are still present or restaurant closing activities are ongoing.

Must be available to attend any urgent electrical, plumbing, equipment, or other maintenance issues during operating hours and closing time.

Should be adaptable with working hours depending on business requirements.

Required Knowledge & Skills:Basic electrical work – lights, switches, sockets, MCB, wiring, etc.Plumbing – water leakage, taps, drainage, pipes, washbasins, toilets, etc.Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment maintenance.Basic knowledge of AC,



exhaust and ventilation-related issues.

General civil maintenance and minor repairs.Preventive maintenance and regular checking of restaurant facilities.Ability to identify and attend to breakdowns immediately.Ability to coordinate with external technicians/vendors when specialised work is required.Basic safety knowledge while handling electrical and mechanical equipment.Preferred:Experience in a hotel, restaurant, commercial kitchen, or hospitality environment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
