- Supervise daily maintenance activities and assign work to engineering/maintenance staff.

- Ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance of hotel equipment and facilities.

- Monitor and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, pumps, generators, and other engineering systems.

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and staff facilities.

- Attend to guest complaints and maintenance requests promptly.

- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B;, and other departments for maintenance requirements.

- Maintain proper records of maintenance work, equipment breakdowns, and preventive maintenance schedules.

- Monitor the condition and performance of machinery, equipment, and utility systems.

- Ensure proper usage and availability of engineering tools, spare parts, and consumables.

- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repair and maintenance work.





- Ensure compliance with hotel safety standards, fire safety procedures, and statutory requirements.

- Monitor energy and water consumption and support initiatives to reduce operational costs.

- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and with minimum disruption to hotel operations.

- Train and guide maintenance team members on proper procedures and safety practices.

- Conduct regular rounds and report major technical issues to the Chief Engineer / Engineering Manager.

- Maintain proper documentation of AMC, service reports, equipment records, and maintenance checklists.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
