Role Overview: We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to manage the maintenance and upkeep of our cloud kitchen facilities and ensure that all kitchen equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), refrigeration, and other infrastructure remain operational with minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment such as: Ovens, Grills, Fryers, Refrigerators and freezers, Chillers, etc.
- Monitor electrical systems, wiring, switches, sockets,



lighting, and other electrical installations.
- Handle and coordinate plumbing-related issues including: Water supply, Drainage, Leakage, sinks and taps, etc.
- Monitor air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance complaints raised by kitchen/operations teams.
- Ensure maintenance activities are conducted safely.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.

Skills Required:

- Hands-on and technically strong
- Experience in maintenance work, especially in restaurants or cloud kitchens
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to manage maintenance activities efficiently
- Responsible and proactive approach

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
