Role Description The Maintenance Technician role is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The person in this role will perform routine equipment inspections, carry out repairs, and ensure that machinery and electrical/electronic systems operate safely and efficiently. Daily activities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, executing preventive maintenance schedules, documenting maintenance work, and coordinating with production teams to minimize downtime.

Technician will also assist in installing and commissioning equipment, follow safety and compliance standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives in the plant.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance.
- Candidates should possess solid capabilities in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair.
- Candidates should possess experience planning and executing Preventive Maintenance activities.
- Relevant technical education such as a diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of manufacturing plant safety practices, lockout/tagout procedures, and basic electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals, and to use standard maintenance tools and diagnostic instruments.
- Prior experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in shifts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
