Role Description Overall Maintenance Management: Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all utility, process, and campus equipment to ensure high availability and reliability.

- Utility Equipment Maintenance: Manage inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of utilities like boilers, RO plants, pumps, DG sets, swimming pools, compressors, etc.
- Process Equipment Maintenance: Ensure timely maintenance of production equipment such as vessels, packing machines, centrifuges, filters, and related machinery with minimal downtime.
- Campus & Material Handling Equipment: Maintain campus infrastructure and material handling equipments like buggies,



forklifts, stackers, lighting systems, ensuring secure operation.
- Preventive Maintenance Planning: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring timely servicing, calibration, lubrication, and overhauls.
- Breakdown & Corrective Maintenance: Lead fault diagnosis, root-cause analysis, and quick restoration to minimize downtime.
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC): Identify AMC needs, coordinate vendors, evaluate proposals, and ensure timely renewal and execution.
- Maintenance Records: Maintain accurate service logs, breakdown history, PM records, and equipment documentation.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with OEMs, service providers, and contractors for maintenance and spares.
- Spare Parts Procurement: Source and evaluate quotations for spares and services ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely availability.
- Coordination with Purchase & Production: Align with Purchase and Production for spare requirements, procurement follow-ups, and uninterrupted operations.
- Critical Spare Management: Maintain adequate inventory of critical spares to avoid downtime.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance follows safety standards, statutory requirements, and OEM guidelines.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on equipment performance, breakdowns, PM compliance, costs, and KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, EHS, and Admin for smooth operations.
