- Lead preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Ensure maximum equipment availability, reliability and minimum downtime.
- Develop and execute maintenance schedules, shutdown planning and equipment improvement initiatives.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions for recurring failures.
- Manage maintenance team, contractors, spares and maintenance costs.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory and plant maintenance standards.
Preferred candidate profile BE/BTech Mechanical or Diploma Mechanical with 10+ years of exp.
