We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and smooth operation of equipment, machinery, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Lead and manage the maintenance team and contractors.
- Ensure equipment reliability, safety, and minimal downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, schedules, and spare-parts inventory.
- Coordinate with production and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Solid troubleshooting, team-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and safety practices.
